For each and every language, spelling mistake, grammatical error, punctuation etc are all a creation of constant irritation. And the technique through which these errors are removed is the proofreading. The proofreading when applied on English is called the English Proofreading.
In computer it is very easy to detect these types of errors. But when a hand written note or article is supplied, it’s tough to identify the different formatted errors present over there. So some trained peoples are required having the capability to quickly identify those errors. They are the Proofreaders.
They detect error on two ways; they can check the original written copy with the proof copy and segregate the differences if any. Sometime a person is allowed to read the writing loudly and then with the original copy pages are scanned and differences are marked. Again they can check on their own. Some references books are owned by these peoples and dictionaries and then errors are recognized. There are some standards behind these checking and based upon this they detect mistakes. So it is requisite that a person dealing with this type of checking and error detection must have a well grasp on the subject. The main goal behind this is just to increase the attraction of the writing just by removing those errors. Presently it’s in a great demand. Because checking is needed for all organizations and for smaller or bigger whatever the organization is, they check against the clients guides. It’s a great way to earn a good amount working from home.
